We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you create within the App such as scores and achievements.
Image Licensing
All paintings shown in the App are in the public domain. Images are sourced from Wikimedia Commons, The Met Open Access, the Rijksmuseum, and the National Gallery of Art (Washington). Per-image source URLs and licenses are listed in the in-app Credits screen.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Painting metadata is sourced from Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons and is provided for educational purposes.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
